Site Manager - New Build & Conversion Project (Basingstoke)
18 Apartments + 1 Retail Unit
We are looking for an experienced
Site Manager
to oversee a mixednew-build and conversion
scheme in Basingstoke. The project includes the delivery of18 apartments and 1 retail unit
.Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations for both new-build and conversion works Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce
Oversee material management on site, ensuring timely delivery, accurate stock levels, and efficient distribution
Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality control, and compliance Ensure work is completed on schedule and to specification Maintain site records, reporting, and communication with senior managementRequirements:
Proven experience in
both new-build and conversion
projects Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills ValidUK driving licence
Valid tickets/licences to operatetelehandlers, forklifts

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: 45,000.00 per year
