We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Site Manager to oversee our remedial package on 4 tower blocks. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all site activities, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining safety standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with management expertise and a strong background in supervising teams within the construction sector. The Site Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering projects efficiently while upholding quality and safety protocols. This Project is set to run for 35- 40 weeks however, with Success future works may be negotiable.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, labour teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
Manage health and safety compliance across the site, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate project status and resolve issues
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with legal requirements and company policies
Maintain accurate documentation related to project progress, changes, and incident reports
Lead by example in fostering a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction management or a similar supervisory role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft project management software
Demonstrable management skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams effectively
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
Good communication skills to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels
Relevant qualifications in construction management
Supervising experience on large-scale projects is highly desirable
This position requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and project management tools.
