We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Site Manager to oversee house refurbishments and new builds, project value 1m to 5m, from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong management skills and a background in project planning and supervision. The ideal applicant will possess SMSTS, First aid. NVQ Level 4.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, providing clear direction and support to optimise productivity.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
Oversee procurement activities, resource allocation, and logistics planning to ensure efficient utilisation of materials and personnel.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental compliance.
Prepare progress reports, documentation, and updates for senior management and clients.
Experience
Proven management experience within the construction or infrastructure sector.
Demonstrable supervising experience.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with diverse stakeholders.
