Job Description
High end residential contractor seeking experienced
site manager for 10 month contract
, with more projects to follow for the right person.Contract is a listed residential full scale refurbishment of a private property with a large extension to the rear near Petworth, West Sussex.
Requirements:
Previous site manager experience with high end residential refurbishments and extensions Good technical knowledge and ability to read drawings and scope of works Ability to manage combination of in house trades and subcontractors Take off and order day to day materials SSSTS/SMSTS certificate First aid at work At least 2 references required
On offer:
Competitive day rate - 7:30 to 4:30 Monday to Friday Van and fuel card for business use
