Job Description
Sphere Solutions are looking to fill the following positions -- either on a temporary or fixed-term basis (approx. 14 months for project completion):
Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Project Manager
Externals Site Manager (Groundworks, etc.)
The project involves a
50/50 split between new build and conversion works
, with a preference for candidates who have strongconversion experience.
Project Details:
Location: Centre of Southsea (former college site) Site Size: 4.8 acres Current Phase: Phase 2 (conversion), followed by Phases 3 & 4 (new build) and Phase 5 (minor conversion) Completed Works: 32 apartments already finished
