Overview

We are seeking skilled and reliable

Multi-Trade Construction Operatives

to join our growing team at

Maple Aion

.

You will work on a range of commercial (and some residential) projects across Worcestershire, contributing your skills to help us deliver high-quality results on time and to specification.

This is a hands-on role suited to individuals with a

strong work ethic, practical construction experience, and the ability to work well with others on busy sites

.

Duties

Complete work as per drawings & plans Carry out multi-skilled tasks with precision and attention to detail Undertake general site work, including material handling, groundworks, carpentry, strip out, facilities management works Operate plant, power tools and machinery safely (where qualified) Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area Adhere to all site health & safety rules and procedures

Requirements

Full

UK driving licence

Valid

CSCS card

(training available if required) Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions Strong communication and teamwork skills IPAF Qualification would be an advantage.
