Site Training & Production Administrator in Leeds

!



This role is critical in ensuring our teams work safely and effectively by supporting training delivery, the creation of work instructions, and keeping documentation up to date.

What you'll do:


Assist in rolling out safety policies and quality alerts to shop floor teams to ensure everyone is up to date and aligned. Be a point of contact for production admin support, to include handling queries from teams and agencies, onboarding workers, and updating data. Support the revision and upkeep of work instructions, including updating documentation for new equipment or company branding changes. Cascade updated work instructions and safety procedures across teams in collaboration with team leaders and supervisors. Support and deliver the onboarding and induction program for new shop floor employees. Assist in engagement initiatives and CI (continuous improvement) activities across the site.



What you'll bring:


Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or construction environment or relevant equivalent experience. Knowledge of Lean principles and/or Six Sigma with experience supporting or leading kaizen events is advantageous. A self-motivated autonomous working style with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfort in handling administrative tasks. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
