A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Construction Solicitor (3-6 years PQE) to join its expanding Construction and Projects Solutions team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure and real estate projects with a collaborative team, hybrid working, and clear career progression.
The Role
You will advise on a broad range of transactional construction matters, including:

  • Large-scale infrastructure projects (airports, rail, energy, water)
  • Real estate developments across sectors including commercial, residential, and mixed-use
  • Cladding remediation schemes for national developers
  • Construction mandates for universities and institutional investors
  • Drafting and negotiating construction contracts and project documentation
  • Supporting bids and procurement processes for major national frameworks

About You
  • Qualified Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE in construction or projects law
  • Experience gained at a large commercial firm is preferred
  • Strong academic background and excellent communication skills
  • Commercially aware and client-focused
  • Able to build strong relationships in an agile working environment
  • Organised with solid project management capabilities
  • Experience advising contractors and key stakeholders is desirable
