A well-established regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Associate Construction Solicitor to join its Construction team.
The Role
This position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse construction caseload while supporting the ongoing development of the team. The role would suit a comfortable lawyer who works autonomously and contributes to business development activities.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a busy construction caseload
Advising clients on a range of construction matters
Delivering a high standard of client service
Supporting and supervising junior team members
Building and maintaining client relationships
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm
Contributing to internal know-how and precedents
Skills & Experience
Minimum 7 years' PQE in construction law
Experience handling a range of construction matters
Ability to manage files with minimal supervision
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident client-facing approach
Experience in business development and networking
Desirable:
Experience in both contentious and non-contentious construction work
Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
