Our client, a highly regarded and expanding law firm based in Leeds, is seeking a Construction Litigation PArtner or Senior SOlicitor to join their dynamic team. Offering hybrid working arrangements and a collaborative work environment, this role provides an excellent opportunity for a senior solicitor to take their career to the next level. You will be responsible for supervising junior team members, managing your own caseload, and working across both private and public sector construction disputes. Responsibilities

• Managing construction disputes and providing expert advice on contentious matters
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Assisting in leading the local construction team to deliver high-quality work
• Handling cases across both private and public sectors, including project support, claims, and disputes
• Collaborating seamlessly with other teams and offices to ensure client objectives are met
• Supporting the firm's ethos of delivering solutions-focused legal services with a commercial focus

Requirements

• Proven experience managing contentious construction issues and disputes
• Strong leadership skills with previous supervisory or mentoring experience
• Excellent communication and client management abilities
• Adaptability to work across a diverse range of sectors within construction law
