Construction Lawyer (Non-Contentious / Mixed) | strong firm | Leeds The Leeds market remains busy, with strong demand for non-contentious construction lawyers. I'm currently working with a highly regarded, Legal 500-ranked firm that is looking to grow its construction team in Leeds as part of continued expansion. The role offers high-quality non-contentious and mixed construction work, including drafting and negotiating JCT, NEC and FIDIC contracts, advising on procurement, risk, variations, bonds and guarantees. The team acts on a wide range of major projects across infrastructure, energy, housing, mixed-use developments, student accommodation and distribution centres, advising a blue-chip client base of contractors, developers and household-name brands. This is a growth hire and the firm is keen to speak with construction lawyers at all levels, from Associate through to Partner, whether your background is purely non-contentious or mixed.
