Construction Teacher - Alternative Provision - Wolverhampton
Are you a skilled Construction Teacher who is passionate about helping young people re-engage with education? This Alternative Provision in Wolverhampton is looking for an experienced Construction Teacher to deliver practical, engaging lessons to small groups of students who benefit from a hands-on and nurturing approach.
This role requires a teacher with strong behaviour management skills, the ability to build positive relationships, and confidence delivering construction-based vocational learning. You must be adaptable, patient, and committed to helping students develop both their practical skills and their confidence. This role requires previous experience teaching construction, ideally in an alternative provision or similar setting.
Job Role:

• Teaching Construction to small groups of students in an Alternative Provision setting
• Delivering engaging, practical lessons suited to varying levels and abilities
• Creating a safe, supportive workshop environment
• Motivating learners who may have faced barriers to education
• Building strong relationships and promoting positive attitudes to learning
• Working collaboratively with support staff and leadership to ensure student progress
• Ensuring health and safety standards are consistently maintained
