are looking for one or twoGeneral Construction Labourers
to join our expanding team.This is a great opportunity for someone enthusiastic, hardworking, and keen to build a long-term career in construction with a well-established North Devon company known for high-quality bespoke builds.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting tradesmen and site teams across various residential projects General site preparation, loading/unloading materials, and keeping work areas tidy Supporting groundwork, concreting, drainage, and basic construction tasks Helping with setup of tools, materials, and temporary works on site
Requirements
CSCS Card - Essential
Reliable transport
to reach site each day (or ability to travel if transport is arranged)Positive attitude
, willingness to learn, and good teamwork skills Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Previous experience in construction preferred but not essentialWhat We Offer
