Job Description
Job Title: Construction Yard Manager
What You'll Be Doing:
Coordination of deliveries from Yard to site
Keeping site consumables stocked
Control of hired in plant equipment.
Preparing plant and equipment ready for movements to and from sites
Receive returned plant from site and maintain accordingly.
Assess returning plant items/equipment - arrange repair/replacement if required.
Ensuring materials are ready and delivered from stock to site.
Checking PAT testing is up to date before delivery site.
Supporting with the operation and assistance of large plant including 360 excavators, telehandlers, dumpers, and rollers
Keeping the stores and yard clean, safe, and well-organised
What We're Looking For:
Strong general construction knowledge
Good understanding of plant & equipment
A full UK driving licence.
A reliable team player with a proactive attitude
