We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Self Employed skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Duties
Operate basic hand tools and machinery where required
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
Perform general site maintenance and cleaning tasks.
Follow instructions from supervisors and team members
Maintain a safe and organised work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Skills
Be able to operate basic hand tools and machinery such as diggers, dumpers and telescopic forklifts competently
Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks.
Good communication skills for effective teamwork.
Basic knowledge of health and safety practices on construction sites is advantageous.
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the role.
Be able to work efficiently alone and as part of a team
Previous experience in a similar position is beneficial.
This is a Self Employed position. Must have Full UK Driving Licence.
