Firerite (UK) Ltd is looking for a Consultancy Department Admin Assistant to support the delivery of our fire safety consultancy services, including Fire Risk Assessments and training coordination.
This is a busy, customer-facing role where organisation, communication, and attention to detail are key.
Key responsibilities:

Support delivery of Fire Risk Assessments and consultancy services
Coordinate surveys, subcontractors, and job schedules
Manage client communication via phone and shared inbox
Schedule jobs and issue documents using SimPRO
Assist with fire safety training bookings and delivery
Liaise with internal teams to support service delivery and upselling
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
Highly organised with strong admin and customer service skills
