Twenty First Group (TFG) helps clients earn the right to fans' attention. Headquartered in London, we are a global sports intelligence agency that creates value in sport by applying predictive intelligence to optimise decision-making and power insight-driven storytelling.
We partner with some of the biggest names in world sport, including the Premier League, England and Wales Cricket Board, Ladies Professional Golf Association, AC Milan, The Football Association, International Tennis Federation, and FIFPRO.
Role Scope & Impact
TFG's Advisory team applies predictive intelligence to drive strategy, optimise decision-making, and elevate sporting performance across two key client segments: competitions & federations and team owners & investors. Acting as both an advisory and operating partner, we bring together deep industry expertise, strategic insight, and predictive intelligence to deliver lasting value.
For competitions, we focus on helping them earn the right to fans' attention by delivering on three core pillars: Quality, Jeopardy, and Connection. For federations, we design and implement high-performance systems that underpin sustainable success. And for team owners and investors, we provide strategic guidance to navigate the cost, complexity, and inefficiency of modern sport - helping them maximise every pound spent, unlock competitive advantages, and drive long-term returns.
Within this ecosystem, the Consultant role is central - leading client project delivery while supporting commercial initiatives across all client segments.
