Strong numeracy skills and the ability to interpret Payroll and HR-specific data are key to success in this role.
We're seeking someone with a great understanding of project management principles, data integration and manipulation skills and excellent written communication abilities. Strong data reconciliation skills are also really key to this role.

Your skills and experiences might also include:
  • Understanding of UK PAYE Payroll rules, with an understanding of other tax authorities (e.g., ROS Ireland) as an advantage.
  • Experienced in full-cycle payroll processing, including onboarding, HMRC submissions, and pension auto-enrolment.
  • Payroll configuration, manual calculations, and advanced pay type logic using syntax and rule agreements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and business intelligence tools, with solid IT and data analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong foundation in accounting and double-entry bookkeeping.
  • Familiar with payroll software implementation, RTI protocols, and database structures, with CIPP qualification preferred.
