Overview

We are seeking a Consultant Immigration Solicitor specializing in Innovator Founder visa to advise and represent clients. They would also be responsible for staying up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations, managing a caseload, and potentially mentoring.

Duties

Conducting initial consultations with clients to assess their needs and advise them on their options. Preparing and submitting visa applications and other immigration-related documents. Drafting legal submissions, witness statements, and other documents for immigration appeals and other legal proceedings. Liaising with government agencies, such as the Home Office, and other relevant authorities. Managing client files and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Billing clients for legal services and managing legal aid applications where appropriate. Staying up-to-date on changes in immigration law and policy through training and professional development. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of best practices.

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor with experience in immigration law. Strong knowledge of UK immigration law and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide clear and accurate advice to clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage a caseload effectively and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using legal research tools and databases.
