This is an exciting opportunity to lead an innovative integrated community mental health service. You will play an integral role in further developing the service, teaching and training new team members and primary care staff and providing clinical and managerial leadership to the team.
MINT is a model of community-based mental healthcare for adults aged 18+ with a wide range of mental health difficulties. The MINT model focuses on supporting people's mental health, alongside their physical health and social needs, providing joined-up, community-based care tailored for each individual. The service aims to offer therapeutic intervention and support within 28 days.
MINT has been developed to reflect NHS England's Long Term Plan and the Community Mental Healthcare Framework with an ethos of The right care. At the right time. In the right place.
There are nine MINTs across the London boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hounslow. Each MINT team is aligned to between one and three primary care networks, which are made up of a cluster of general practitioner surgeries.
