To support the design, development, and delivery of high-quality learning and development programmes across the Partnership, with a focus on enabling Field Management Teams (FMT) to drive commercial performance and support the long-term growth of Partners and Advisers. The role plays a key part in translating strategic development objectives into practical, scalable solutions, helping shape the future of Partnership learning at SJP. It combines programme design support, stakeholder collaboration, and effective project management to ensure initiatives are delivered with impact, pace, and professionalism.

What you'll be doing:



Programme Design & Development:



Collaborate with the Executive Manager and Partnership team to shape and evolve Partnership development programmes to ensure a consistent user experience. Ensure programmes are commercially focused, fit for purpose, and aligned with the overall Partnership development strategy. Support the integration of feedback, performance metrics, and business insights into ongoing programme design.

Programme Delivery & Project Management:



Lead the project management of national and regional development initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Manage workflows, stakeholder input, and communication plans for initiatives such as the PDP and ADP programmes. Support the coordination and upkeep of the FMT Toolkit and other development platforms to drive enablement.

Stakeholder Engagement:



Build strong working relationships with the wider Academy, Field Management, Partner Services, and Corporate Communications teams. Act as the key link between the Portfolio Content team and the Field Operating Model to ensure that tools and programmes support business needs and Partner success.

Evaluation & Impact:



Track and report on programme performance and engagement using feedback, usage data, and business metrics. Contribute to continuous improvement cycles by recommending and implementing changes that enhance relevance and impact.

Regulatory & Strategic Alignment:



Ensure content and development programmes align with SJP's regulatory obligations, Consumer Duty, and strategic priorities. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of SJP's growth and people strategy and ensure development programmes support its delivery.

Training & Development:



Support the personal development of the Programme Team by providing guidance on content delivery, lesson planning, and best practices for creating effective training materials. Ensure content managers and trainers receive appropriate training on any new tools, systems, or content revisions

Essential Criteria




Proven experience designing or delivering strategic development programmes

in a complex or regulated organisation, ideally within financial services.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

, with the ability to work across Field teams, Academy, and operational functions to align delivery with business needs.

Confident project manager

able to coordinate national and regional initiatives, manage timelines, and drive delivery to high standards.

Comfortable using digital tools and performance data

to inform decisions, evaluate impact, and support continuous improvement.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach

, able to translate development strategy into scalable, practical solutions that support Partner and Adviser growth.
