Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust was established in 2012, following the merge of Norfolk and Waveney Partnership Trust and Suffolk Partnership Trust. We have inpatient facilities across both counties with smaller bases in rural locations. Many of the Trust\'s services are offered in the community, enabling people accessing services to receive the support they need in an environment familiar to them.

At NSFT we believe in recovery and wellbeing, and understand the importance of good physical health, maintaining relationships and achieving a balance between treatments and continuing an active life.
