About Cosmex Clinic
Cosmex Clinic is a leading private medical aesthetic clinic in Cambridge. It is CQC registered for surgical procedures and weight management. It is perfectly located opposite Waitrose on the highly desirable, south side of the city with easy access from the M11 (3 minutes outside rush hour) and there is ample private parking.
The clinic is in an arts and crafts building that forms an important part of the Anstey Hall estate. Internally it is completely modern, clinical where it needs to be, biophilic, welcoming and relaxing in the reception areas.
Our aim is to give the best possible service to our patients. We do not aim to be the cheapest in the area, but we do aspire to be the best.
All the necessary support is in place including anaesthetists, nursing, equipment and protocols including sterilisation services at nearby Addenbrookes Hospital.
We just need an outstanding surgeon to take over the lead of plastic surgery procedures, to help grow the clinic and share in the rewards of doing so.
Cosmex clinic has an existing client base of more than 5000 patients and is committed to a proactive marketing plan to promote the clinic and services we offer.
We are also committed to further expansion into other complimentary surgical areas, which we will be happy to discuss when we meet.
We believe we have the best location within the Cambridge area; the clinic has ample scope for expansion and Cambridge is the fastest growth area in the country. Our intention is to maximise the opportunities these circumstances permit.
You will need to be:

• A consultant grade reconstructive plastic surgeon
• Able to perform surgical procedures to the highest clinical and cosmetic standards
• Ensure full compliance with GMC, CQC and BAAPs guidance.
• Including maintaining exemplary documentation and working with clinic management to facilitate continuous improvement of governance.
• Able to demonstrate a portfolio of successful cases ideally at least covering the treatments we currently list on our website at

Note: we are currently only able to perform procedures in the clinic under local anaesthetic (LA) or LA plus sedation. * It is essential that you have strong interpersonal skills and a desire to build a long-term successful relationship with the clinic.
