Job Description
Overview
We are starting a new (regulated) solicitors firm in Autumn 2025.
Many of our (existing) clients come to us with commercial lease queries - such as "how do I remove commercial tenants" and "can you review this lease".
We are seeking a commercial lease specialist to handle these cases on an ad-hoc basis as a consultant.
Duties
Handle delegated commercial lease matters Agree fees / billing with clients - handle the matter succesfully and use our in-house systems and processes to record the process Grow this part of the business / team - ideally identify other opportunities and start marketing / bringing in work and clients independently.
You Might Be
1. A solicitor - working on a consulting basis already
2. Otherwise legally qualified with experience handling commercial leasing matters
Job Types: Freelance, Zero hours contract
Pay: From 25.00 per hour
