We are seeking an experienced consultant solicitor with 3+PQE to join our successful practice on a fee-share basis. This role offers an opportunity to continue growing your client base within a supportive environment, with the flexibility to work remotely and meet your clients at our City offices as required.
Requirements
A minimum of 3+ PQE in your respective area of practice (e.g.
commercial, corporate, civil litigation, immigration, family, employment, criminal law, and other niche areas of law
);
An established client following (essential);
A clean professional history with no SRA complaints or PII claims;
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships;
Experience and ability to successfully manage your caseload remotely.

Duties
Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients in your area of law
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and court filings.
Conduct thorough research on relevant laws and regulations to support case preparation.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case progression on the case management software (Clio).
Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal practices that may affect clients.
Skills
Strong negotiation skills to effectively advocate for clients' interests.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for clear client interactions and documentation.
Analytical thinking to assess complex legal issues and develop effective strategies.
Attention to detail in drafting documents and reviewing case materials.
Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple cases simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
