About the RoleLibra Lawyers Ltd is expanding and seeking qualified legal professionals to join our firm under a percentage-based consultancy structure.All work is carried out remotely, and consultants may meet clients at our Central London facilities whenever needed.We practise multiple areas of law, offering both allocated cases and the opportunity for consultants to bring their own clients.We also provide everything you need to carry out your work professionally and efficiently.

Who Can Apply (Must Be Qualified to Practise in England & Wales)We welcome applications from:

Solicitors

Barristers

Chartered Legal Executives (CILEx)

Licensed Conveyancers

OISC-regulated Immigration Advisers (Levels 1, 2, 3)

International lawyers may apply only if they hold a work permit and qualification allowing them to practise or support legal work in England & Wales.

Requirements

Fully qualified and authorised to practise in England & Wales

Valid practising certificate or OISC registration

Ability to manage your own caseload

Minimum 3+ years post qualification experience preferred

Strong communication and client-care skills
