We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers in both residential sales and lettings. Your main goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct viewings
- Negotiate and close sales and lettings deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve common goals

- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
