Our client based in Belfast are looking for a Consumer Advisor to join their team
:
The post holder will act as the first point of contact for customers of the Northern Ireland Consumer Helpline - Consumerline. They will be a member of a contact centre team, which is responsible for the provision of advice to the public on consumer related matters. This post requires clear communication skills. Purpose of Role The Trading Standards Service delivers a front-line public protection function for the benefit of consumers, businesses, and the
Northern Ireland (NI) economy,providing support and guidance for NI's businesses (particularly small businesses).
Essential Criteria:

  • 5 GCSEs including maths and english (certificate proof required)
  • Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Clear Communication Skills
Desirable skills:
Computer skills including use of word, excel, emails and familiarity of working with figures.
Good verbal and written communications skills.
Good interpersonal and team skills.
Previous experience of working with AccountNI would be useful.
Wage:
- 12.97ph (weekly)

Start Date:
- ASAP
Length Of Assignment:
- 6 months with possible extension
Work Pattern:
- 37 hours per week 9am to 5pm (Hybrid)
