We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join the Contact Centre team at First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO). This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality telephone and reception services to our customers.
As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be part of a supportive team that takes a proactive and responsive approach to service delivery. Your responsibilities will include handling a wide range of customer enquiries across various service areas, such as rents, neighbourhoods, allocations, housing, and repairs. You will be expected to resolve queries efficiently and ensure an excellent customer experience at every interaction.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement. You will also be expected to uphold and role model FCHO's values and behaviours, contributing positively to our culture and working practices. This includes actively promoting our policies on Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Health & Safety, Wellbeing, and Safeguarding.

This role is a full time - permanent position

Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate:
Experience working in a contact centre environment
Experience Working for a Housing Association or similar organisation
Experience using NEC
