This is a front-line customer service role. The role will require a high level of interpersonal skills and experience in this field is essential.


Purpose of the Post is to provide an excellent service to all Customers, often including those from potentially a very diverse background, contacting the Authority which could include irate/aggressive/difficult customers. Customer Contact Advisor should ensure as many enquiries, as possible, are resolved at first point of contact to maximise customer satisfaction.
