. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering vital support to families through our

Children and Family Contact Centre

and within the local community.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is:

Calm, approachable, and confident in supporting others Detail-oriented, especially when it comes to report writing and record keeping Skilled at managing challenging situations with empathy and professionalism Knowledgeable about safeguarding practices and passionate about protecting children

What You'll Be Doing

As Centre Manager, you'll:

Lead and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring our services run smoothly and always put children first Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and staffing to maintain high-quality family time sessions Build strong partnerships with local authorities, social workers, and other professionals Ensure all services meet safeguarding, confidentiality, and health & safety standards Support staff development through training, supervision, and feedback Contribute to the continued growth of Swan Family Centres through collaboration and innovation
You'll be at the heart of creating a safe, welcoming environment where families can reconnect and rebuild relationships -- a space where compassion meets professionalism every day.

What You'll Need

A minimum of

NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People Workforce

or a

degree in a relevant field

A

Full UK Driving Licence

and access to a car would be an advantage but not essential
