We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.


Home Decarbonisation

- We're working to eliminate fuel poverty, providing end-to-end management in energy efficiency and carbon reduction. Our team works closely with homeowners and local authority partners to provide home energy advice to prepare for Net Zero.



As part of our team, you'll be at the forefront of the transition to net zero, working with not just those around you, but across the Group- sharing learnings to deliver essential infrastructure services for life.


What will you be doing?





Working as part of a small Contact Centre in our

Aylesbury office

, the Office Administrator with support our Team with the handling of enquiries, and communications, for a series of community programmes and initiatives to end fuel poverty, with the aim of helping people to keep warm in colder months and reduce their energy bills.



The Administrators role includes coordination of office activities, handling internal and external correspondence, maintaining and implementing efficient office systems to ensure the successful delivery of a high level of customer service in line with the company's targets, vision, service level agreements and client expectations. As you will have responsibility for a wide range of administration duties to support the on-going operations of the company, it is essential you are impeccably organised, possess excellent communication skills, have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure. In return you will be part of a successful team where you will have the opportunity to evolve in the role.



This is a

6 month Fixed Term Contract

. This is a full time post working 38.75 hpw (8:45-17:30). Consideration would be given to part time working (9:00-15:30).
