Job Details:





As Content & Acquisition Assistant, your role will be supporting the Ecommerce team across digital acquisition and marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, affiliates, and search engine optimisation. You will also support the team on website content, from product information to blog articles, and across business projects, user experience and site operations.




Day to Day Responsibilities:




Digital Marketing




Support across our paid channels, working closely with our Senior Digital Marketing Executive and our dedicated agency. Support on reporting, campaign structure, and products feeds as required. Managing our affiliate marketing platform and publisher outreach.



Content




Supporting product data management, seasonal product launches and website uploads, working on Salesforce CMS and InRiver PIM systems. Managing image database, ensuring we have all relevant imagery on the website for products as well as home page and landing pages. Sourcing and managing website content, working closely with Marketing, Product, and US teams, as well as our translation agency to ensure all content is available in English, German and French. Managing Stylitics, our product outfitting platform. Assisting with Ariat Life articles, new content ideas to help drive on-site engagement. Assisting with content to help drive our organic search engine optimisation, working on our Salesforce CMS. Managing our User Generated Content platform, curating content from social media to feature on site and within our marketing channels.

General




Ensuring the website is fully functional at all times, products and categories correct, and in-line with our Ecommerce marketing calendar. Maintain our shared marketing and promotional calendar, highlighting gaps and opportunities to the team. Building and maintaining professional working relationships with colleagues across the UK and US business, our team of developers plus external agencies. Support on Ecommerce development roadmap, user testing for new releases, raising issues and tickets in our Jira system. Promo code and campaign management and set-up.



About You:




Proven organisational and problem-solving capabilities Planning and time management, able to prioritise and work to deadlines Strong teamwork and communication skills Enthusiastic and pro-active. Able to work on own initiative, offer ideas and opportunities to the team Excellent MS Office and Excel knowledge Educated to degree level or relevant experience Experience with Salesforce or similar CMS, PIM systems. Plus Bloomreach, Airtable, Google Ads, Pixlee, Stylitics or similar tools, would be an advantage A passion for ecommerce and online retail - previous experience an advantage. Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail Flexible Determined with personal drive Hands-on attitude Results-orientated Integrity and strong business ethics Passion for product Languages an advantage (German/French) Eager to learn new skills and develop as part of a growing Ecommerce team
