to join our team. This role is the perfect blend offront-of-house reception duties
andcontent creation for social media
-- ideal for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and creative work.Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional first impression Manage bookings and appointments (in-person, online, and phone) Handle payments and assist with customer queries Create engaging photos and videos of our services for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Plan and schedule posts to promote salon offers and campaigns Engage with followers online (comments, DMs, shares) to build our community Track social media performance and suggest improvements
Skills & Experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills Organised, reliable, and confident in managing bookings Creative eye for photography, videography, and design Familiar with editing tools (Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar) Strong knowledge of social media trends and platforms Previous salon or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential) Previous social media/content creation experience (bonus but not required)
