The Role:

The Citrus Group is looking for a Content and Social Media Assistant to join our fast-paced and collaborative marketing department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and quick-learning individual to grow their career. Reporting to the Marketing Executive and Head of Marketing, you'll gain valuable mentorship and hands-on experience across our diverse Group businesses. Key Areas of Responsibility:

Social Media Management:

Assist the Marketing Executive in executing the social media strategy. This includes scheduling content, monitoring all social channels and engaging with our online community to build brand presence.

Content Creation & Videography:

Develop engaging and high-quality content for a variety of marketing channels. You will be a key player in creating short-form videos for social media platforms and the company website, from concept to final edit.

Design & Digital Collateral:

Design and update a wide range of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, forms and digital assets. You'll use tools like Canva or the Adobe suite to create visually appealing content that aligns with our brand guidelines.

Email Marketing Support:

Work closely with the Marketing Executive to assist with the execution of email marketing campaigns. This includes preparing and scheduling emails, and providing timely updates to the sales team on campaign performance.

Marketing Administration:

Manage the marketing department's shared inbox, ensuring all enquiries are addressed and information is disseminated to the appropriate team members.

The Person

We're looking for someone who understands the fundamentals of social media, email marketing and design. While you don't need to be an expert, you should be a quick learner who is comfortable using various digital tools and platforms.

The ideal candidate will:

Demonstrate a foundational understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing. Be familiar with or able to quickly learn tools such as HubSpot and Canva, and video editing software. Possess a creative mindset and an eye for detail, particularly in design and content creation. Be a collaborative team player with a strong work ethic. Thrive in an ever-changing environment and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Have a passion for marketing and a proactive, can-do attitude

Hours:

Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30

The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to working hours to accommodate the needs of our clients and the business.

Salary:

Above National Minimum Wage.
