Treatment coordinator and social media assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an outstanding Treatment Coordinator. We are seeking an exceptional individual to deliver patient-focused support in our five-surgery, multi-disciplinary practice.

Ideally this is a full-time position (7.45am - 4.30pm, with one late night until 7pm paid at overtime rate) however a four-day working week may be considered.

Candidates should have experience as a Treatment Coordinator or relevant customer service experience in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Essential qualities include:

A positive attitude, empathy and the ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues

Strong problem solving and organisational skills.

We are also looking for a creative individual who can manage our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube). This will include content creation, developing our practice newsletter and driving google reviews. Training is available if necessary.

Sandown Dental is an independently owned, modern practice, centrally located with free parking.

We offer a wide range of private dental treatments including implants, cosmetic, endodontic and periodontics treatments. We believe in providing optimal treatment outcomes for our patients and our front of house team is essential in helping to deliver this.

Experience in the dental world would be desirable but not essential. We would prioritise candidates with excellent customer services skills and provide training to develop dental knowledge.

Pay: 13.00-15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 31 - 38.75 per week
