Content & Communications Executive

to join our People team and become the driving force behind our internal storytelling.



In this hands-on, visible role, you'll create engaging internal content -- from newsletters to video -- that keeps our people informed, inspired, and connected. You'll work closely with our Strategic Comms Lead, helping to bring our internal voice to life across the business.

What you will do:

Write and deliver internal newsletters and updates Create written, visual, and video content that reflects our culture Be out and about -- speaking with teams, gathering stories, and turning them into content Listen to feedback and help shape communications that land well Build relationships across teams to keep messaging clear and consistent

We need someone who's confident, friendly, and genuinely passionate about communication. You'll be comfortable putting yourself out there, while also listening, adapting, and bringing creative ideas to life.

Who you are:

An interest in internal communication and company culture A creative mindset with basic photo and video editing skills Confidence talking to people across all levels of the business 1 year of experience in marketing, brand, comms, HR, or a people-focused role Strong writing skills and the confidence to challenge and improve briefs
