We're looking for a Content Coordinator who thrives in the chaos of creativity and loves turning ideas into real content moments. You'll work closely with creators, help shape visual narratives, and be a key part of the production process from brief to final delivery.

In this role, you will:

Plan and coordinate content creation:

Organise timelines, shoot days, asset delivery schedules and everything in between to ensure content goes out on time and on point.

Work closely with creators and influencers:

Liaise with talent and their teams to align content with briefs, campaign goals and creative standards.

Support and lead on shoots:

Help plan, manage and be hands-on during shoots, whether it's briefing, scripting, or ensuring the lighting's just right.

Shape creative outputs:

Assist in building out storyboards, visual references, moodboards and concepts that bring briefs to life in compelling ways.

Keep it moving:

Track progress, flag issues early, and support the wider team to make content magic happen consistently.

We're looking for someone who:

Has a strong interest in social media, content creation, and creator culture Is naturally organised and thrives when managing multiple moving parts Communicates clearly and confidently, both internally and externally Loves collaborating and getting stuck into shoots and creative planning Has experience working with creators or in a content-driven environment

Pay: 25,000.00-26,500.00 per year
