The Content Coordinator role will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to our Creative team.


The ideal candidate will be nimble, solutions-oriented, live to be organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role would suit somebody who balances big-picture thinking with detail and has a great understanding of creativity, social media and coordinating projects. We are looking for someone keen to learn across a multitude of creative functions and channels.


What you'll do


This role will report into the Senior Manager, Content Operations and work across shoot production and marketing briefs on a daily basis- keeping up-to-date on the tracking of multiple projects for the wider team within our project management tool.


Additionally, the successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Digital & Social Content, assisting with asset briefing and content creation for our social channels, as well as day-to-day tasks such as social media posting, community management and UGC organisation.


This role will require exceptional communication and organisational skills assisting in the project management of our content creation processes, with opportunities to provide creative input and suggest new ideas.


Key Responsibilities include:


Organic Social

Posting to Instagram and Tiktok Community management-comment responding on IG, Tiktok and weekly management of DMs Assist in content creation, primarily for TikTok-interest in shooting and editing video content an asset Assist in creation and entering of organic social briefs pertaining to new product launches and promotions in line with the wider Marketing calendar

Assist in UGC organisation and management Assist in creator sourcing

Content Production Tasks

Assist in the intake of content briefs entered to our project management tool, ensuring the necessary information is there for creative teams to begin work and flagging any concerns

Keep teams informed about milestones and deadlines, proactively addressing potential setbacks. Engage in all aspects of pre-shoot and post-shoot production, including content file management and tracking updates in our project management tool

Assist in ordering and returns of product from our warehouse, using our stock management system. Assist in packing jewellery ahead of photoshoots and arranging couriers to transport between locations.

Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities. Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency while ensuring deadlines are met.

Embraces change: Adapts quickly, seeks clarity in ambiguity. Social-First Mindset: An understanding of organic social platforms, primarily Instagram and TikTok. Up to date on latest trends and viral moments. Experience using Facebook Business Manager and Dash Hudson is an advantage.

Technical Proficiency: Confident in using Excel, Google Docs, and Slides. Previous experience using a project management tool such as Monday.com & design software Figma is preferred but not essential.

Additional Requirements


Ability to document your authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.


Travel Requirements


Occasional travel to our Norfolk office may be required.
