Carve and SurfGirl Magazine and are looking for a Content Coordinator to join our busy team in our office in central Newquay. You will work with the team coordinating content across both magazines digital, editorial, email, and social platforms. This is a part time position and training will be given to the right person, it's not a management role.
Responsibilities will include writing, designing and uploading content, day-to-day our multi social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok).
You will be designing simple web posts, and creating newsletters using Mailchimp.
You'll also help to collect assets, manage campaigns, and ensure content is delivered accurately and on schedule.
We're looking for someone who is organised, a confident communicator, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Experience with WordPress, social media, and email marketing is required.
Knowledge of SEO optimisation, content strategy, monitoring website and Google analytics is preferable.
You will need an eye for good design, attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
An understanding of surf culture and social media trends is essential.
To succeed in this role, you will need to show us that you can produce multimedia content, manage social media accounts and stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing.
