Job Description
We're looking for a proactive, creative Content Creation Executive to bring fresh energy to our digital channels. Your work will fuel everything from LLM?friendly search content to TikTok?ready video -- driving demand and levelling up the resident experience.
What you'll do
Create scroll?stopping short?form content (video, audio, micro?copy) for social, SEO/SEM, retargeting, and paid campaigns. Produce long?form content including blogs, community posts, and resident stories. Optimise content for LLM?based search, structured data, and GEO?targeted audiences. Tailor content to different audience vibes -- students, young pros, digital nomads, corporate guests. Add personality to resident?facing content across the app: events, perks, announcements. Support lifecycle campaigns like onboarding, booking reminders, and upsell journeys. Get hands?on with A/B testing to learn what genuinely resonates.
What you'll bring
Strong digital?first copywriting skills and confidence creating video/social assets. Understanding of SEO, GEO strategy, and content optimised for modern search behaviour (including LLMs). Ability to switch tone for different audiences and funnel stages. Creativity, curiosity, and a fast?moving, experiment?friendly mindset. Fluency in English; additional languages are a major plus. Formal training or a degree in Digital Media, Film/Video Production, Marketing, Communications, or similar.
