What you'll be doing in Digital Content Creative Design

Designing engaging visuals and digital content including graphics, images, web banners, social media assets, and interactive elements Collaborating with marketing, brand, and product teams to create cohesive and effective campaigns Supporting the creative process from concept to final delivery, bringing fresh ideas to digital projects Ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and communicates our message clearly Adapting content for different platforms and audiences, optimising for digital channels and SEO Keeping up to date with digital design trends, technologies, and best practices Managing multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality creative assets

What we're looking for in Content Creative Designers

Portfolio showcasing creative digital content design skills (applications without portfolios may not be considered) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools Experience designing for web, mobile, and social media platforms is desirable Basic understanding of SEO principles and applying them visually Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with a range of colleagues High attention to detail and ability to manage projects independently Open to learning and keen to implement new design trends and technologies
