two days per week

, working primarily from our office in Brampton.

This is an opportunity for someone who loves social media and is a creative thinker and enjoys experimenting with different formats like

Instagram Reels

, short-form property tours, and

aerial drone footage

You will be helping shape the visual identity of

Villager Homes

and be part of a small but mighty team of property experts.

with a passion for storytelling, homes, and community. The content you produce will help set us apart in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture engaging

video content on-site

, including short property tours, lifestyle shots, and behind-the-scenes footage. Use drone photography/videography (with CAA registration, where applicable). Work closely with our Marketing Director and collaborate with the team on ideas for regular, relevant, and brand-consistent social media content. Edit and format video content for use across platforms (primarily Instagram and Facebook) Represent the brand professionally when visiting client properties.

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience creating engaging video content, particularly for social media. Basic video editing skills (e.g., Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Adobe Premiere). Excellent visual storytelling ability. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Nice to have skills:

Experience flying drones (and ideally, CAA certification)
This role is part-time for two days per week and is paying 10,000 - 12,000 per annum (pro-rata, based on a full-time equivalent of 25,000 - 30,000)
