The Antidotes are a UK-based natural health company. They are committed to delivering only the finest quality products sourced from sustainable sources.



Their focus is on using trusted extraction methods to deliver maximum concentration of active ingredients, without any unnecessary fillers, binders, or preservatives.

They are a small family-run business that is big on making positive change and giving back to their community. They are now looking for a confident and creative content creator apprentice to join their team, to help push their digital marketing to the next level.



This role will be primarily centered around enhancing the company's online presence through digital marketing, with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok, utilizing the TikTok Shop. For this role you will become a 'face' of the brand through their online marketing, creating engaging content to help drive sales and awareness of the brand. You will be given creative freedom to explore this role to the fullest, and to develop your skills to a professional level.



This role will be hybrid working, with time divided between working from home and working from either the Bolton or Warrington locations. A willingness to travel between them would be ideal.



Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:



Plan and develop creative content in line with the brief and budget/costs Interpret the strategy and objectives of the brand and align these to the content Research, prepare and develop the media messaging to maximise audience engagement Develop and create written content that can be used across a variety of media Create visual and audio content that can be used across a variety of media Store content securely and methodically to enable efficient access and retrieval Collaborate with colleagues and clients to plan and align content delivery with business objectives Manage content online using appropriate tools and techniques Evaluate the effectiveness of the content produced against the original plan and recommend improvements Undertake continuous professional development to keep up to date with trends and technology

Skills required:



Familiarity with different social channels, especially Instagram and TikTok, would be highly beneficial. Some experience with creating content (even for your own personal channel/s) would be beneficial.

Entry requirements



GCSE English and Maths at grade C/ level 4+ are preferred but not essential

The primary duties we cover on our Content Creator apprenticeship are:
