Job Description
We're looking for a part time Content Creator to capture the energy and excitement of padel at our Basingstoke venue. You'll be the storyteller who brings our courts to life through engaging content across Instagram and TikTok.
What You'll Do:
Create engaging video and photo content during peak playing times Capture player stories, game highlights, and behind-the-scenes moments Develop Instagram stories, reels, and TikTok content that showcases the fun side of padel Interview players and create testimonials to build community trust Support local marketing campaigns and promotional events Collaborate with our Marketing Director on content strategy Help grow our WhatsApp community groups (5 skill-based groups) Maintain our fun, playful, and inclusive brand tone
What We're Looking For:
Experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) Strong photography and video editing skills Understanding of sports or fitness content (padel knowledge a bonus!) Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Excellent communication skills and comfortable approaching players Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content Based in or around Basingstoke area
