Junior Property Manager / Content Creator

A rapidly expanding property management company based in Ormskirk/Liverpool is looking for an Assistant Property Manager /Content Creator to join its team within a Hybrid role, you will work 3 days a week on property management and 2 days a week improving our social media and content creation. Stockton Students is offering this full-time opportunity for a dedicated individual keen on growing with and helping to grow the company.

Property Manager Duties:

Managing a varied portfolio of residential properties in the Liverpool/Ormskirk market Liaising directly with Tenants and Landlords.

First point of contact for all incoming Management enquiries,

Ensuring a high level of customer and client services is maintained at all times

Carrying out quarterly property inspections and arranging inventories & check-outs

Preparing tenancy agreements

Processing Tenancy renewals

Content Creator Duties:

Content planning

Content Creation

Publishing onto our socials

Collaboration and communication

Analysing and improving output

To be considered for this position you must have the below listed skills and attributes:

Minimum 1 year Residential Property Management experience

Ability to multi task and prioritise

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong IT skills

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior property professional to join a well-respected property management company and develop a long term and successful career dealing with a varied property portfolio. You will be out visiting properties, carrying out property inspections, so will need to own a car and be flexible to travel around London.
