Salary: 25,000 - 27,000

About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative and results-oriented

Content Creator

who lives and breathes short-form video content. You'll be responsible for producing engaging, high-performing videos and creatives for

paid social campaigns

across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta Ads.

, creating thumb-stopping, conversion-focused content that drives results and inspires action.

Key Responsibilities

Create short-form video content that performs across

Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

Develop ideas, write scripts, and produce engaging content aligned with campaign goals. Work closely with the

paid media team

to understand what converts -- and adapt content accordingly. Edit and optimise content for various aspect ratios and formats required by each platform. Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience

(2+ years) creating short-form content for paid or organic social media. Strong understanding of

performance marketing

and what drives clicks, conversions, and purchases. Expert in video editing tools (e.g.,

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects

,

Final Cut Pro

or similar). Ability to film, direct, and edit content independently. Strong grasp of

storytelling, pacing, and hook creation

for social platforms. Analytical mindset -- comfortable reviewing performance metrics and optimising based on data. Excellent time management and the ability to thrive in a

fast-moving environment
