We're now looking for a

creative and skilled Photographer, Videographer & Content Creator

to join our growing marketing team and bring our property marketing to life.

Key Responsibilities

Capture

high-quality photos and videos

that showcase each property's best features. Use

drone technology

to produce aerial imagery of homes and local surroundings. Create

engaging digital content

for our website and social media channels (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram). Work closely with our marketing team to develop creative ideas and campaigns that reflect our brand values. Keep up to date with

industry trends, social media best practices

, and creative technology to maintain a fresh approach.

Requirements

Minimum

1 year's experience

in photography, videography, and content creation. Strong

portfolio

showcasing your previous work. Experience using drones for aerial photography/videography (license desirable). Proficiency in

Lightroom, Premiere Pro

, or similar editing software. Understanding of

social media content strategy

and audience engagement. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Passion for

property, design, and storytelling

. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Full driving licence

and access to a car insured for business use (mileage allowance provided).
