Role Overview

As our in-house Content Creator, you'll be responsible for envisaging, producing, and editing creative content that drives engagement and promotes our products.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Plan, write scripts, film, and edit a variety of video content tailored for: Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Discord Paid Ad Campaigns: Social & search-based platforms Blog and Website Content External Partner & Reseller Platforms Customer Service and How-To Videos Product Launch & Promotional Videos

Types of Regular Content:

Informative & Educational Videos Product Demonstrations & Launches Humorous or Engaging Social Clips "How To" Tutorials and Explainer Videos Tech/Range Guides

Social Media Engagement:

Actively monitor and respond to all comments and questions on TikTok and YouTube Ensure all messages are replied to by end of each working day Maintain positive and helpful brand interactions online
