We're seeking a creative and hands-on

Content Creator / Digital Marketing Assistant

to help grow and manage the digital presence of four established brands within the heating and manufacturing industry.

This is a varied, practical role suited to someone confident behind a camera, comfortable editing, and able to tell a story through short-form video, social media, and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Film and edit engaging video content for social media and YouTube -- including product features, showroom clips, installations, and behind-the-scenes footage. Create branded graphics, reels, and posts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Plan and schedule content across multiple brands, maintaining a consistent style and tone. Assist with the creation and distribution of email campaigns and newsletters. Collaborate with the internal team to capture and promote new products, projects, and events.

Requirements

Confident using camera equipment, lighting, and editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar). Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms. Good eye for design -- able to produce clean, professional visuals using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Strong written skills for captions, posts, and newsletters. Practical, proactive approach -- able to turn real workshop and showroom activity into engaging visual content.

Desirable Skills

Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.). Basic website content editing (WordPress, WooCommerce). Photography or drone skills.

Pay: 12.50-15.00 per hour
